Grants & Public Policy Manager

John Lyon’s Charity supports a broad range of projects for the benefit of the children and young people who are resident in the areas of North West London covered by our work. Our grants support schools; theatres; family centres; leisure activities; homelessness and many other projects. Since 1992 we have distributed more than £40million and our income is set to grow significantly over the coming years, which will enable us to invest even more.

The Grants & Public Policy Manager will thrive on working within our small, highly effective team. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of grants, build good relationships with grantees, and creatively develop exciting and innovative projects. You will also act as a source of knowledge on government funding and policy. You will need to be an all-rounder with excellent listening skills and a flexible working style, and be motivated by our values and ethos.
